i need help here...my problem is when i'm using chat box the message take a few second to appear..

why???

It is just they way it is built. All messages take about 5 seconds to appear on the other screen.

Like stated above, this is not an error or a bug, it's simply the way they are supposed to be.

yes, it is the way that the chatbox works, there is an automatic refresh that puts all the messages on display.
