color at banner

hello my color around banner is like cyan but i want it to be black without making other things black how do i make the area around banner black?

Hi. Simply follow these steps to change the background color:

Admin Panel > Display > Pictures & Colors (left hand column) > Colors > Background Colors > Change the appropriate color > Save

Done. Your background color(s) should now be changed.

it dosent work i think the picture of the theme is changing it do u have a picture of a black line that i can use instead? lol
