Changing theme Empty Changing theme

I have a problem Sad when ı try to change my theme it only changes to french and it stays at subsilver theme Hem ı want to change my theme and all themes are french I DONT KNOW FRENCH I KNOW TURKISH AND A LİTTLE ENGLİSH
