Turn Visual Confirmation Off

When a guest in my forum want to post a message he has to type some letters and numbers from a box in the right case.

It seems that the Visual Confirmation is ALWAYS ON and that the admin of the forum cant turn it off...
I think that i realy stupid so how do i turn the Visual Confirmation off ?

I understand its because of robots spamming but i would like the option.

Hope someone can help.

And even if it would be, your idea is bad, lol.

If guest type something occasionally they shouldnt be bothered with this. If they type something really often, they should register.
