limit Registration Empty limit Registration

im building a forum intended to be exclusive only for an organization and i was wondering if i can use their ID numbers as their identity or at least a helpful info to make my forum exclusive.thanks!

If you don't want to make your forum exclusive you can go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User options and look for this option "New accounts activation :" and choose Admin.That way you will receive an e-mail for every new registered member that you have to confirm until they can log in to the forum.

Is there anyway that the detection of whether the newbies are allowed or not automated by checking on a database?
