Problem with the a Administrator...

Hello,
I have a forum which i wouldn't like to mention for security reasons but when i was new at that forum and din't know much of what's happening i made an administrator. That's my problem. this administrator delete my members cause don't answer to correct position in the forum. I don't have any problem that my members write in wrong topis their introduce but this keeps going and sometime this administrator threaten me that will ban me from my forum. Can I do sth tha this person can be an administrator but not to have tha right to ban members and to delete them?

Please answer me as soon as possible.

i think that cannot banned the admin site from forum ... it can ban your ip ..

yes that's what he did once but he than unblocked it

if you made that forum just remove him from being admin

He cant ban the founder of the website. Just remove his administrator status.

Yes i know that i can do this but that person has offer a lot to the forum so i don't want to betray him or to be innapriciative.
Can I make any group where he can have access to everything except of members? and the IP thing?

make him a moderator then and make so they can ban people

Well if he has been such an loyal member why has he threatened to ban you?

It was like a joke as the person sais and i belive but i know that in other forum who had left and came back and because tha admin of the other forum had made 0 all his written topics now wants to take a revange well i'm a little bit scared cause i like my forum and i don't want that person to make anything with my ip
