How to buy a phpbb forum?

Yeah since I am really unfamilar with using forumotion I have another question..
I want my forum to eventually turn out to be a paid forum like this one -> http://www.raysbb.com/phpBB2/index.php
Is there anyway somebody can lead me to a walk-through or something letting me know how I can turn my forum into a forum like above?

Well forumotion is free. But do you mean hosting it independently?

you cannot buy a forum from forumotion. They reserve the right to sell databases. But you can buy your own URL and things. You cannot ever seperte your forum from forumotion.

If you want your own phpBB forum to host on your own, just go to phpBB.com and download the software. It's free. Then find a hosting plan that fits, get a domain if you want a particular name, and set it up. Not a problem. Hosting plans cost anywhere from $4.00 a month to hundreds depending on storage, bandwidth, database sizes, etc.
