Layout is breaking (Safari v.3.1.1)

When I'm trying to send message (extended message editing and WYSIWYG both enabled) the whole layout breaks. This happens when using Safari and there are no problems when using Firefox 3.

Does anybody know what to do? This problem doesn't appear when using Firefox or when my forum's theme is punBB. Only with Mac, Safari and phpbb3.

And the layout breaks when I move my cursor over those text editing options like bold, italic, underline etc. Everything is okay if I'm careful and won't even touch those options.

Can't anybody help me? I noticed one more thing: the problem shows only when I'm using extended message editor.
