problem with letters

Hi to all.
I'm having problems with a few letters on my portal and index since the last admin panel upgrade. The problem is with š and ž letters (cause I'm using Croatian language by default). Since the upgrade that letters changed into some odd signs (ľ and ą) . It wouldn't be the problem if they changed just in posts, i could change them, but they changed in Nav bar links and admin panel as well, which I can't change.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my forum link here so i won't

izgleda da mi u hrvatskoj jedini imamo taj problem, javilo nas se nekoliko do sada sa tim problemom i zamolili su za strpljenje i da æe riješiti to uskoro.



there are few topics for the same problem. it looks like only we in croatia have this problem.
they asked for patience, the tech. will solve this soon (as they said).
