I have a forum..can i go my forum to another hosting but members do not deleted and do not posts deleted . But i want my skin.....can i?

you need the database to take members and posts with you and forumotion does not release databases so the answer is no, you could copy your themes css and take that with you, but it may be a bit more complicated depending on the host you choose.
