Individual Member Styles/Skins

I was wondering if individual members can set the style/skin that they want on a particular forum. I have seen this option before on other forum sites.

That would be Fantastic!.. or if there were icons on the top of the PORTAL where you could have a mini icon of different skins, that would be even better, and more easier for members to find! I love making things for my site with photobucket.. but once you get to a stage, you are stuff.. not much more you can add, change without the worry of making it worse, just be nice to be able to make more designs.
