Please make sure to only provide media contents that are free of rights.

Wow, Honey.. You are very lucky. To have recieved an initial warning 1st about your forums content. Alot of members just have these forums deleted with illegal content. I would use this time to remove the copyrighted infringements from your forum as soon as possible and you may keep your forum, provided you follow the terms of service. Good Luck

Hi Haji, just re-read the terms of service you agreed to when you created your forum and go through your forum, all posts, and look for anything that breaks the terms of service and remove it quickly before forumotion removes your forum completely.

thats not happy news ...but now days user's want latest music and movies and am just copying pasting from another forum ..it's not my own creations

That's up to you Honey, If there is content on your forum that break the terms of service, copyrighted music and such. Forumotion is well within the rights to remove your forum completely for breaking the TOS you agreed to when creating your forum. As well, if other forums have similar content, their forums will be removed in time if they do not remove the illegal posts.

Trust me when I say, this warning is a GOOD thing, I have seen members come here and lose there forums without warnings for such things, really. Be smart remove that section to keep your forum.

Well, sharing music on your forum itself is not illegal. You are allowed to embed You Tube and Dailymotion Video's on your forum , but anything copyrighted, music downloads, movie downloads , software downloads, these are things that are not allowed.

Haji that may be it, remove it, just to be safe, I truly have seen many members lose their forums due to these kinds of contents. I'd hate to see you guys fall into the same category

thats means a simple bored forum allowed here ...user can't listen to songs also ??that sholud be allowed alteast

i still get a notice after i remove boomp3 code from my forum and public...
what should i do to save my forum ...plz help me..

It is not going to go away right away, the forumotion team will have to check and see if the illegal parts are gone

I posted this in another thread but I thought you might be interested in this too as it is completely legal:

One of our members informed us of this totally legal music site called Pandora. You list what music you want to hear and it adds simular music to your playlist or radio station. You can add as many stations as you choose. One thing though; it is currently only available in the United States and Canada, but they are planning to add other countries.

Playlists to listen to music directly in the forum are allowed (as you can see on Myspace), but providing links to download the content to your computer is illegal.

Providing rapidshare links to copyrighted content is totally illegal.
