If it is phpBB3 then you should see it on the bottom, but if it is phpbBB2 then you should see the OPTIONS bar, first you click the maximize button which should look kind of like this Can I make a big announcement in Home Tabs_more Then you will see Post topic as: Then you check announcement Very Happy
