anybody can tell how to make section sharing in my forum legal ..
if have this section,user and member in forum share their mp3 n sofware...

There is no way to make it legal than to erase all links to illegal download. MP3's are considered as illagal unless you have explicit permission of the author to redistribute the file. Same for software, etc...
