Naruto banner

Okay, um for my forum the blind faith RPG, can you please make a banner for it?

Heres what I want. Make it animated. The only animation that is good is fading in and fading out.

Sorry if I dont follow the template or w/e but if any of you know Naruto and are an expert of GFX please make this banner for me.

Description:
Okay, something like this. This is actually the current banner for now. I made it but I suck at animation.

Remember to keep it between 600x 200. That's the largest size I can accept. About the size of this.

Okay, there are current themes I want for the main theme.

-Kyuubi
-Naruto v.s Sasuke
-Naruto Shippuden characters

Okay, pick something like Naruto [Shippuden] and Sasuke [Shippuden] Characters.

And for the logo, make it like the current "Blind Faith RPG" Logo.

Animation Scene: [The moment you've all been waiting for]
Heres how it goes.
Rock Lee Runs Up to the front and does a high jump kick and then the screen fading in white than appearing as the current banner except without the words. Now here is the best part. The words "Blind Faith RPG" Suddenly fade in. Cool huh? So that is the PERFECT banner. The BEST. If you have any more banners you can create it custom and I'll see if I'll like it.

If you could give me a couple of pictures you would like in it, I will give it a go (but unfortunatly I wont be able to animate it.)

Anyway, I'm a new account of an alt of Drakenslayer.

I dont really run the Blind Faith RPG, so instead of the text as "Blind Faith RPG" can you make it "Way of the Ninja v5"? Please? I really am Drakenslayer and the Blind Faith RPG has moved to another site.
