Hello Hello

One of our members was banned yesterday for a period of 7 days because she got quite aggressive. Then she demanded that her account be deleted from the forum, which it was. She then wrote a very apologetic letter saying she was way out of order and can she please come back. She will obviously have to reregister, but she can't because she gets a "critical error" "you are banned" message. What can we do in this case please.

Thanks

you may need to remove her IP from your banned section in the admin panel, check it to see if there is anything there.

If not tell her she needs to clear her cookies and temporary internet files, and not to use an old bookmarked address to visit the site, type the address in fresh into her browser.

Thanks very much! Her IP was unbanned anyway, that's why we couldn't understand why she couldn't get back on.
