If I could make a suggestion: Create alternate accounts for different user levels (create a moderator and a regular user besides your Admin account) and use them to see how other users see things. I've done this quite a bit for testing stuff, namely whenever it deals with permissions. For example, I have a whole section of the forums that are invisible to regular members, and only Mods and Admins can see them, and I logged in as a regular user alternate to make sure it worked as intended.

It's easier to do this if you have more than one web browser installed on your computer. I always use Firefox, but IE is still there, so I bring up IE and log in as a different user to test stuff while I'm tinkering in Firefox as the Admin.
