Breaking the Rules And The Terms of Agreement

I am the co-admin of www.mediamania.co.nr OR www.mediamania.forumotion.com

We have a serius problem with one of our users, he is posting in bold and color that is forbidden in our forum and is only used for moderation.
He is not entering his real date for birth, we tell him to leave it blank and he just change it back to the wrong one.
He was banned for spamming and advertising , yesterday, and for 3 days, I don't know why the IP ban didn't work so only his account was banned.
He made another account and he started to spam and use color again.
His Username : Oliver and his other username :oliver2
He has a forumotion FORUM , And I am requesting to temporarly suspend it and mark it for ''DELETE'' .
He doesnt respect the rules of our forum either FORUMOTION. Please do something,
I will EDIT this post and ENTER his website link.

How do you know that the forum is his?, and forumotion will not delete a forum because someone thinks that just because a member in a forum is doing bad so that member has to get his forum deleted

I am just requesting that forumotion reviews www.mediamania.co.nr and sees the user oliver and oliver2 , gets his IP and deals with the rule-breaker!

Of course, Forumotion can't take care of spammers on all it's forums - this has to be done by the moderators and administrators of the respective boards. You have email and IP ban option at hand to deal with those user.

Well, I submited a argument against him in the E.E commision , regarding Internet Laws.
