Hello everyone!

Hopefully one of the wonderful administrators, moderators, or members can answer my questions. I have looked and looked but if these things can be done, I can't find instructions for doing them.

Can I approve new members but require their posts be moderated? If so, how do we do that?

Also, is it possible to ban proxy servers? I know how to ban emails, members, IP's, even IP subnets. However, I would like to be able to ban proxy servers. Can this be done? If so, how?

3... Support requests are meant to be done in the adequate subsection of the Support Forum, whereas here we're in the General Discussions.
