Css help- how to change the font color of the dropdown?

well? I want to change the font color.. I'm using PHpbb3..
the one with the jump to blah blah forum Very Happy

admin panel -->Display tab-->color

I am using Phpbb3 and the text for the drop down are not there.. I think.. Sir Sunny_D? I think it needs css

it's on top of the list Font Color.
