is warez linking allowed???????????????

Hi there,

I recently stumbled across this forum which looks pretty much like a forumotion forum.
This forum has links to RS/MU downloads of copyrighted materials. Are we allowed to put such links in our forums? If so I would love to do so.

The site is here but I don't want to point the finger at anyone. I just want to know what is and isn't allowed:
