how can i change forum language FOR EVERYONE? the guy that worked on translation is... sorry for a bad word, but he's an idiot... :/ i need to put forum on english, this translation is pathetic... :/

when i change forum language to english, only for me... i get letters changed... its really anoying... for a letter ć i get æ, for a letter č i get è, for a letter đ i get ð... please fix this :/

nope... it doesn't change language for everyone... its set on english, forum is still on serbian...

The default language setting should be for the entire forum. If it doesn't on your forum - I have no idea why. It's possible your template is controlling your language, or maybe your widgets. I really don't know.
