Forum Widget top border line incorrect

With the addition of the forum widgets two issues arose.

Issue 1 - When adding forum widgets the uppermost boundary of the widget creeps above the boundary line between the menu and the upper limit of the forum (My thoughts are that the last visit times and forum name should go to the leftmost most boundary and the newly added widgets should occupy the same space the forum does when the widgets are not applied. This would not give the impresion of an element added as an afterthought). I would like the widgets added to conform to the overall table boundaries other elements follow - example:



Issue 2 - please release the width restriction of 180px. I have items that would best be place there at different dimensions. The restriction from my perspective is totally unnecessary. I would also like to add a widget in the center column - the new setup does not allow it.
