Ranking error ( Solved )

When i go to my admin panel and go to ranking (I have set up ranks before) when I try to create a new rank it won't let me put a set of stars (in this case) as the picture for that rank. Help!

Here's what it said in the box where the pic selections should be:

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the peterthemagnificent.forumakers.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

Is it possible that this might be because of a server being down?

since no one is answering, should i put this on the script error part of the forum?

I'm getting a "forum does not exist" message from your link. Not the same as a 404 error. If a server5 was down your page would be blank, with no error messages.
