Problem with Guest-Only Widget Empty Problem with Guest-Only Widget

Ok. So I made a widget on the side of my forum that allows guests to read it before they register.

The problem is, that the Widget is making the forum off-balanced for regular users.

Is there any way to resolve this problem without having to remove the widget completely?
