i want to know is possible to change the forum icon. And how to i change the icon.

We need to have more information. The "Forum Icon" is not sufficient enough information for us to help you with your problem. Add more details to make it easier for us and for you to understand. If you need to, add images and label them too.

Make sure you save your image as an .ico file and the size of it should be about 16x16 pixels.

why it only work in mainpage such as portal and index page only. When i click on the other page the old favicon appear...

You need to put the line of code used for your new favicon into each HTML page so it appears on every page of the forum

I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much. The Support forum has the one favicon on the index page (and the portal, I think). It's not a huge deal.

I personally think that it would too big of a job to change every one of the favicons.
