Any Problem in doing it?

from what I know, you can do it... but it will only work on phpbb2 , and you have to buy the template editing function.

Yes - you can do it, assuming the design, material, and content of your site is exclusively yours. You cannot copyright someone else's work, though - so if anything on your site was not created by you you can't legally do it.

A better alternative would be to use a Creative Commons license.

Can't tell you were to put the code, though. It would normally be on the pages html.
