you go to y=their username and at the very bottom of their profile their should be a rank.

Please delete this "quick" in the title, we are all voluntaries here... Wink

Tio answer, go in your administrator panel > User admin - management and then click on permissions. Put the name of the member and choose "administrator" for the user level
