Unable to log in to my admin panel / forum

For the past several hours I have been totally unable to log into my admin panel or indeed to even log into my forum, as it says that I am banned from my own forum.

What can I do about this please? (There are no other admins on my forum but myself)

I have had one or two individuals as ever threatening to fluck with my forum and our users there, and despite previous requests for assistance, absolutely no help was given with this, or indeed the complaint taken seriously.

I just want to be able to log in with my usual forum sign in name and the password I had before, can this be accomplished or not?

Are you the founder? Then you can use the founder utils (https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/) and you need to following info:

Login : Use creation email OR your forum’s Internet address
Password : Password used in creation.

and somewhere on that page once you've logged in should say "reset the bans", but I don't think thats a good idea so click on the one that says "go to admin panel" or something.
