Domain problem

Hi there.
I bought 2000 points, and spent 400 in the ads, plus 1600 ordering a new domain process.

By chosing my domain, which would be www.forumlusitana.org, they said that the domain was available, and that I had to wait for them to process the request.

Today, in the points management option, they say that the domain i requested is already customized, and that my domain still the one I've got so far.

I spent 1600 points, which was 18 euros for a domain, that they said it was available, and now I don't have it. Can you explain me why, and how can I solve this?

have you tried actually typing the new domain name in, and seeing what happens, you migt be pleasently suprised,

you have many selections to choose the name not only this
