Virtual Items...

Is it possible using the character sheets or anything like that to make items that can be used like if you have a bar created as personalized profile and it says 5 hp, and you use something to make it go up?

Basically make items that can edit your personalized profile (bars, text, etc.) by using it, and so on...

Edited: Simpler, when you have bars, or amounts on personalized profile, can it be edited automatically by use of these virtual items or anything or not? (Using character sheets, etc.)
