html signature

why is html blocked for signatures even though if you turn it on in the admin panel?

I believe it is an individual choice as well, did you allow html in your personal profile as well?

yes i did but html still wont work in signature didnt they block html?

Just use UBBC code. Does the same thing as html.

and how am i suppose to use that if im using an script with google aps engine requires html to show ur steam status on a steam designed board

All you asked was why you couldn't use html in signatures. I don't know why (check your settings), but you can use BBC code in signatures to do the same thing.

well it rly wont work with bbc code.. it dosent support bbcode -.- its a script with google apps engine not developed enough to support bbcode yet

the image on there that says dr jan itor l and do not try uploading it by url cus it will work as a image but it will not update when u go offline etc

You asked about a forum signature. This is not the same thing at all.

well if you dont understand google aps engine and the linking script and it will only support html dont say it will work with bbcode then..

Signatures in THIS forum are blocked and not available , in our own forums it is a settings that can be changed by the admin in the admin panel

You asked how to use html in a signature because it wasn't working. I told you to use BBC instead. THAT would work in forum signatures.

You said nothing about any google apps or any of that. I don't know what you're using and care less. That is NOT a question for forumotion support in the first place. Ask google how to make it work.

He's not talking about a sig in this forum, Placeholder. He's trying to use a google app of some kind FROM his forum to use a signature. I have no idea what the heck he's talking about, but I'm done trying to help.

its a google aps engine script it works in all places all u need is html to be enabled in signatures and my question was is html blocked in signatures or is there a way to turn it on

As long as HTML is set to ""Allowed" in the admin panel then it should work

you can use out sourced code by hosting it on something like freewebs and then using a code like <javascript/text:url="http://www.whatever.com">

Not accurate but you get my drift, I found it best not to mess with apps and sigs as the sig can then actually alter the appearance of any forum or thread you have posted on

html is suddenly working even though i did nothing but now all html works and the google aps engine script working too
