Okay I may just be stupid or completely blind but I went to the user settings area and there is no option to allow HTML and I am going insane trying to find it lol could you please help and tell me if im in the wrong area? I really hope im just being stupid.

For administrators- ACP-General-Forum-private messages and e-mail.

Then in each members: profile-preferences
