giving mods greater power

can i give mods the power to edit bars in a normal users profile, if yes, then how? if no, is there a way to make a user a admin without giving the power to over throw you?

No. A person with admin access can do anything the forum founder can do except delete the forum.

And view the donations stuff.

Mod can only watch over the forum when the Admin is gone and Can do what ever but cant edit buttons and other stuff.
