Nav Link Change Wanted Request. Please

Hi guys and girls. I need someones help to make a Calendar and Portal Nav link for my forum. I have tried to make these but it is too hard.

Here is what I want them to look like. It is going to be hard as the line isn't straight. I want the Portal one next to the home and the calendar one next to portal.










Can anyone help me. As I am doing up my site and can not finish it until the nav links are done.

please add a link to the actual site where you'll be using the navigation bars. You have already requested a nav bar before and yet it doesn't appear on your site.
