yes, you can have a different cursor for your forum

use this code:

<style>body {cursor: url (URL_OF_CURSOR1);} a {cursor: url(URL_OF_CURSOR2);}</style>

replace the the URL_OF_CURSOR1 and URL_OF_CURSOR2 with the direct url of your cursors (cursor must be in .ani or .cur file types).

place the code on your forum site description, go to:

Admin Panel >> General Admin >> Configuration >> General >>
Site Description

click save.

ok thanks it worked! i have a doubt though, why does the new cursor only appear when i hover over links?
