Themes Empty Themes

Since there is a blue acid tech...
I was hoping if it possible to get a red acid tech theme.

Anyone know how to covert that into a bbtheme?
Cause the red acid tech theme is so much cool.

And anyone know why we can't import other themes beside bbtheme?
