1.I put a maximum size of an avatar to 80*80

Bat yesterday some member uploaded a 100*100 size avatar ???

How???

2. How to activate an option avatars to be resized to smaller size automaticly. So if someone uploads avatar 200*200, the site to resize it to 80*80 for example.
