Portal installation Empty Portal installation

Hi!
I have found this in FAQ but did not manage to install portal in my forum.
I tried to but when I press the button "Portal management" in the admin panel, leads me to nowhere!

Does anybody know how shall I install portal?

Well... the administration panel is accessed via a link at the bottom of your forum.

Then Go to advanced -> Modules
