Embed Flash Games into Posts? Empty Embed Flash Games into Posts?

I am trying to embed a Flash Game into my post. I click the "Flash" button on the top, and I get this code:

[flash][/flash]

I put the URL of my game in there, and nothing happens.

Can somebody give me a step by step tutorial on how to put Flash Games in posts? I saw somebody from a different forum doing it.
