To do this read the FAQ at the top of the page or do a search

or in simpler words:
you can create a forum and change its permissions so that only guests and admins can see it.
go to admin panel -> general -> categories and forums

Jalokim, it is not possible to only check guests.

'Members' will automatcally check itself when clicking 'Guests'.
