Hiding moderators Empty Hiding moderators

Im trying to hide where it lists the moderators of each section.
Ive looked into this:

admin panel > general > hompage > click Hierarchy > find this option 'Display forum moderators' and set it to 'NO'

But under general there is no where to click that says homepage, nor heirarchy. I'm getting confused on what to do. Help me please, or atleast tell me I am being an idiot and it IS there and to open my eyes...

Nevermind, Ive fixed it now.

It isnt actually under general, it is under display and its called structure and heirarchy. Confusion over.
