How to enable that everywhere is name of the forum like:

Go to:
admin panel > general > forum > configuration
From there, you can change and activate homepage name, favicon, and description.

All forum are set that way when you start your forum

If you want it Admin Panel>>General>>Configeration>>Cliclook for Site discription add the name>>Save
