Solved I'm banned from my own forum!

I don't know how, because I know for a fact that no one knows my password. All of a sudden, I tried to refresh my forum, and it says that I'm banned. I thought that no one, even admins could ban the creator's IP?

if you do not know what you are talking about DO NOT give advise.

click on this link: https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
enter your email address you used in creating your forum as well as the password.

Then in the part for direct access to the admin panel fill in the infos. That should work.
