in the faq page there was a broken link to this. how do i fully edit my boards with css and html, and are they perl enabled?

In general, CSS entered on your CSS page (display/colors/css) will overide your forums defaults.

As far as I know, neither Perl nor PHP are available to you on Foru8motions. The self hosted versions of PHP are almost totally run with PHP, however.
