flash nav bar

i would like a flash nav bar with the following buttons:

Home Page
Forum
Shop
Donate
FAQ
Profile
Log In/Out
Messeges
Register
Search

Shape: Half rounded squre
Colours: Black Gloss
Text colour: Gold colour
Type of file: swf.
Type of animation: Pops up when hoverd over

i dont think it's possible to have a flash navbar in a forumotion forum and i dont know many people who are experienced with flash

i think }{eman uses a flash banner, but i think theres more to it than just placing it up like a normal banner and requires more.

I have been messing with the idea myself, not sure if its ok to put up the link so click my forum in my profile. I dont know a=of any way to turn off the forumotion nav bar but I did get a flash bar to work but only in the forum. Check it out
