ChatBox problem !!! HELP

i have a problem starting the chatbox...
enabling it and displaying didn't seem working...
then i read it should be installed, but none of the options like that appeared...

any suggestions of what could be done??

Admin Panel => General Admin => Chatbox

but i've done everything that's said there, and i don't see any option as ''join'' and such's
there's just an empty black spot on the bottom of the page...

I have the same problem with the chat box

I have been trying to fix the same prob for a week, now i don't feel so dumb.lol
all ya need to do is put the cursor on the box, right click and change the encoding.
I still havent figured out how to get the links inenglish but my chat box works now
