my forum is locked!! please help me!

I created a forum and I put the option "work in progress"...but now my forum is ready, but nobody can access to it or register because is locked and I don't know how to unlock it ...please can anybody help me? Thank you

My forum is also locked and I clicked "Here" to sort it out but I am unsure what to do next.Could someone please help me.
