banner exchange, advertising...

I would like to put on my forum homepage few links of an organisation, web pages...
if I get from them little banners, how to put them on the position I want.

on the bottom of the page for example.
I probably can do that in widgest??
But I would like to put them on the bottom of the paga or on the top.

somebody with experience, do U have some advice how to get this step by step??

create custom blocks on portal and place them on portal's footer . if you want them horizontally then create them all in same block , but if you want them verticaly then you have to create separate block for each banner. and make sure they are all same sizes , and also where it says use table type , click no .
