Infractions

I already got a basic Infraction-System and it works well; it adds a red text [Infraction X/3] under the profile and if the member has never got an infraction, it doesn't appear (cause I did not set it in the first place). But when one of my members got an Infraction and this infraction "expires", I can't remove it cause there is no "set blanket" option anywhere to find.
Is it possible to set a set personalized profil back to it's first, blanked stage (I fear the worst)?

/E: I am very close now; I changed the name to nothing but a " " and so there's only a ":" left when the User has no infractions. Any ideas how to remove it?
